When will my purchase arrive?

If the piece is in stock it will have an 'Add to Cart' button and it should arrive to you within 7 business days.  If your purchase is 'Made to Order' please allow 4 weeks for delivery of your purchase.  We want to ensure all pieces are not rushed, and are hand finished with care.

Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as soon as possible.  Please note that turn around times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.  Each of our pieces are hand finished with care and are quality controlled to ensure it lasts a lifetime.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on every purchase.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide and we also ship to P.O. boxes.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an shipment confirmation outlining your order details, delivery details and your individual reference which you can use to track your order.

How do I track my order?

Your shipment confirmation email will give you all the details you need to track your order.

Will my order be insured?

Absolutely – we have it covered.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 120 day no questions asked returns policy, excluding earrings for hygiene reasons.  If the piece does not live up to your expectations in any way then please return the piece for a full refund or exchange for up to 120 days after your item was received – just make sure it is in original condition.
