Please allow 6 - 11 weeks for all of our custom and bespoke work.

We can certainly accomodate if you need or want something sooner, but where we can, we would prefer to work to this time frame as it allows everything to be created with intention and without rushing.

When will my purchase arrive?

Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of your purchase.  We want to ensure all pieces are not rushed, and are hand finished with care.

Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as soon as possible.  Please note that turn around times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.  Each of our pieces are hand finished with care and are quality controlled to ensure it lasts a lifetime.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on every purchase.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide and we also ship to P.O. boxes.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an shipment confirmation outlining your order details, delivery details and your individual reference which you can use to track your order.

How do I track my order?

Your shipment confirmation email will give you all the details you need to track your order.

Will my order be insured?

Absolutely – we have it covered.

 

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express, AfterPay as well as PayPal.

Can I place a custom order?

Our team is all about creative energy and we would relish in the chance to customize a piece with you!  If you’d like to chat about changing the type of metal of any of our pieces, perhaps 18kt gold, perhaps platinum, or you’d like to chat about using different gemstones or if you’d like a completely bespoke piece made, handcrafted by some of the best in the business, we’d be only too pleased to help.  Please get in touch at care@harryandcojewellery.com

What happens if I’ve ordered the wrong size?

Not to worry! We will happily exchange your piece for the correct size within 30 days of delivery within Australia. 

Can I change or cancel an order?

Absolutely, just get in touch at care@harryandcojewellery.com and we will take care of it.  We offer a 30 day, no questions asked returns policy for your complete peace of mind.

Can I try on your products before purchasing?

If you live in Adelaide we would love for you to contact us for an appointment and you can try on our pieces.  If you live outside of Adelaide, please know we have a 30 Day Returns option should you wish to return something that isn’t quite right for you.

Do you offer discounts or promotions? 

Very rarely.  Our pricing model aims to keep pieces always as accessible as possible, every day of the year.  But in the rare event that we do, we always give our subscribers the heads up.  Sign up for our newsletter and you won't miss a thing!
