Start with a relaxed conversation either in our Hyde Park studio or online. Share your ideas, browse inspiration, and explore what's possible. We will guide you through options without any pressure.

STONE SELECTION
Choose from diamonds and gemstones hand-selected for quality. Natural, lab-grown, or coloured stones. Our diamond and gemstone experts explain each option honestly. See them in person, compare choices, and select what speaks to you.

DESIGN & CRAFTING
See your ring come to life through CAD renders and 3D modelling before production begins. Make adjustments until every detail is right. Then our master jewellers craft your design.

How much does custom jewellery cost?
Custom pieces typically start from $1,000 for simple bands to $4,000+ for diamond rings. Your budget drives the design - we'll show you what's possible within your range during consultation.
How long does custom design take?
4-8 weeks from approved design to finished piece. This includes consultation, design revisions, and handcrafting by our master jewellers.
Can I make changes during the design process?
Absolutely. You'll see 3D renders before production begins and can adjust any details. Once you approve the final design, we begin crafting.
What if I don't know what I want?
That's completely normal. Most clients start with just a feeling or style preference. Mena guides you through discovering what you love - no design experience needed.
Can you work with my existing stones or jewellery?
Yes, we love incorporating sentimental pieces. Bring any heirloom stones or jewellery to your consultation and we'll discuss how to give them new life.
Do you offer payment plans?
We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due on completion. Talk to us about your needs during consultation.
