How long does it take to receive my purchase?
For custom-made pieces, we’ll work with your preferred date. As a guide, please allow 4–6 weeks.
For ready-to-ship items from our Shop, please allow 2–4 weeks.
Timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on design complexity or workshop capacity. Each piece is hand finished and quality controlled to ensure it lasts a lifetime.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Can I customise a piece from the Shop?
Yes — we love creating something unique. You can change the metal (for example, 18 kt gold or platinum), select different gemstones, or design a completely bespoke piece.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
If your piece doesn’t meet expectations, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided it’s in original condition.
- Gold earrings: refundable (we melt down the gold).
- Non-gold earrings: refunds unavailable due to hygiene regulations.
To start a return, email care@harryandcojewellery.com.au and we’ll send you a pre-paid return envelope.
What happens if I’ve ordered the wrong size?
No problem. We’ll happily exchange your piece for the correct size within 30 days of delivery (Australia-wide), where the design allows.
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide, including to P.O. Boxes.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at this stage, but if you’re overseas and interested, please email us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping throughout Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
What materials do you use?
Most pieces are crafted from 9 kt, 14 kt, or 18 kt solid gold (white, yellow, or rose). We also offer sterling silver and gold-plated silver, clearly noted on each product page.
All gemstones, diamonds, onyx, and pearls are ethically sourced and of premium quality.
Are your items solid gold or gold-plated?
Almost all are solid gold. Some lighter designs, such as earrings, bangles, and cuffs, are made in silver with 9 kt gold plating to keep them light and affordable, while still using solid gold ear posts and butterflies for sensitive skin.
Any use of gold plating is clearly noted on product pages. Transparency always.
What does “gold-plated” mean?
Gold plating (also known as vermeil or gilding) applies a thin layer of real gold over sterling silver. It delivers the lustre of gold without the cost of a solid-gold piece. Our gold-plated earrings always feature solid gold ear posts and butterflies for comfort and longevity.
Does gold plating wear off?
Over time, all plating will soften with wear. We offer a re-plating service to restore your piece — and your first re-plating is complimentary. Contact care@harryandcojewellery.com.au to arrange.
