Harry & Co Jewellery is committed to sourcing diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals responsibly. We adhere to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) to prevent conflict diamonds from entering our supply chain. Every diamond we source is certified conflict-free, ensuring it does not finance armed conflict or human rights abuses.
We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold ethical labor practices and adhere to international standards, including the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties.

2. Conflict-Free Diamonds and Gemstones

• We verify the provenance of every diamond and gemstone before purchase.
• All diamonds comply with the Kimberley Process and are accompanied by proper certification.
• We do not source diamonds or gemstones from regions known for forced labor, illegal mining, or human rights violations.
• Our suppliers must provide written assurances that their stones meet ethical sourcing standards.

3. Responsible Precious Metal Sourcing

We prioritize the use of recycled gold, platinum, and silver to reduce environmental impact.
Our suppliers must follow ethical mining practices, avoiding mercury and cyanide contamination in extraction.
We support fair trade initiatives and small-scale mining communities that meet strict labor and sustainability standards.

4. Supplier Accountability and Compliance

• We require all suppliers to comply with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains.
• Suppliers must provide transparency in their sourcing practices, ensuring traceability from mine to market.
• We conduct periodic audits and request documentation verifying adherence to ethical sourcing policies.

5. Environmental Responsibility

• We work to reduce the carbon footprint of our supply chain by supporting low-impact mining operations.
• We encourage the use of lab-grown diamonds and other sustainable alternatives where appropriate.
• All packaging materials are sourced from recycled or sustainable materials.

6. Customer Assurance and Transparency

• Each diamond and gemstone purchased from Harry & Co Jewellery is conflict-free and ethically sourced.
• Upon request, customers can receive detailed information on the provenance of their jewellery materials.
