Women's Rose Gold Wedding Rings

The copper that makes rose gold pink is alloyed through the whole metal rather than applied to the surface, so there is nothing to wear off. It will pick up fine surface scratches, as any ring does, but the colour stays.

That copper also makes rose gold harder than yellow gold at the same karat. If you keep your rings on while working with your hands, a rose gold band generally stands up better to knocks than the same ring in yellow gold.

Karat changes the tone. 9kt rose gold carries proportionally more copper, so it reads deeper and redder. 18kt holds more gold, so the tone is softer and warmer. Neither wears noticeably better in daily use, so choose based on the colour you prefer.

Mixing metals holds up here. A rose gold band next to a white gold or platinum engagement ring keeps its own colour, because neither ring's colour depends on the other or on plating. The contrast is visible, and it looks intentional.

Curved and fitted bands sit in the grid alongside the straight ones, for engagement rings that leave a gap. The Classic is a plain half round band, and it's often where people start. Eva sets alternating round and marquise diamonds, and comes as a half set or a full set. That choice changes the price and how easily it can be altered later. Stacking is where rose gold does most of its work. A rose gold band between two white metal rings creates a clear focal point and stops the white bands blurring together. Rings worn tight against each other wear at the contact points, so leave a little room. A stack needs to work as a set, so tell us now if you plan to add a third ring later.

Engagement and wedding rings carry a limited lifetime warranty from the date of completion, along with complimentary servicing covering inspection, cleaning, polishing and stone tightening.

Karat sets the gold content, so it moves the price of a rose gold band more than anything else. Width also affects the price, because a wider band uses more metal. After that it is the diamonds: whether the band is plain or set, and whether a set band is a half set or a full set. Shaped and fitted bands also cost more, because the profile is hand worked.
