How long does it take to receive my purchase?

If your purchase is in stock and available now it will be displayed as 'Add to Cart' and it should be shipped to you in one week from the date of purchase.

If your purchase is ‘Made to Order’ please allow 4 weeks for delivery of your purchase.  We want to ensure all pieces are hand finished with care and are not rushed.   

Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Please note that turn around times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.  Each of our pieces are hand finished with care and are quality controlled to ensure it lasts a lifetime.

How can I track my order?

Easy! You will be emailed all the tracking information you need!

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 120 day no questions asked returns policy excluding earrings for hygiene reasons.  If the piece does not live up to your expectations in any way then please return the piece for a full refund or exchange for up to 120 days after your item was received – just make sure it is in original condition.  Just visit care@harryandcojewellery.com and we’ll help you from there.

What happens if I’ve ordered the wrong size?

Not to worry! We will happily exchange your piece for the correct size within 120 days of delivery within Australia. 

 

Can I change or cancel an order?

Absolutely, just get in touch at care@harryandcojewellery.com and we will take care of it. We offer a 120 day, no questions asked returns policy for your complete peace of mind.

Can I try your products on before purchasing?

For the moment we are only offering our products exclusively online to keep our prices as accessible as possible as we avoid the bricks and mortar retail markup. 

However if you are interested in seeing some of our samples in person and would love to attend a Harry & Co event in your city let us know at care@harryandcojewellery.com and if we get enough interest, we may be coming to you soon!
